The iPad 2 came into the Pakistan shelves in 2011 and remained very much the iPad of everybody’s choice till its successors further improved on the perfection that the iPad2 had to offer at an attractive price tag. Apple iPad 2 came in just the Wi-Fi connecting form and also a Wi-Fi cum 3G connectivity variant. While the first was a little less priced it was not possible to work on it without a Wi-Fi connection which seriously limited the portability of the tablet. The 3G variant on the other provided superb connectivity at all places making it the obvious choice.
The iPad 2 lacked a Retina display that has now become the USP of all Apple devices. However the 1024x758 resolution of the iPad2 was nothing to scoff about and provided great graphics and colors. The greatest attraction of the iPad2 was its razor thin look and light weight that could be handled with a single hand without any effort. In fact the iPad2 was lighter than the modern iPad4 which has compromised on its sleekness in favor of a more powerful battery.
Apple iPad2 was equipped with an Apple A5 chipset and a dual-core 1GHz Cortex A9 CPU which was capable of multi tasking and even allowed for advanced game play. The iPad was available in 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB variants and boasted a 0.7MP primary camera that was good enough to capture memories and it had a VGA facetime camera to the front of the screen.
