Apple launched iPad 3 in 2012 in Pakistan and despite 2 years of existence this iPad remains a great buy at its price with its spectacular display and an elegant design. This was the first iPad to have incorporated the Retina display which is now the trademark of all Apple devices.
The iPad3 has a 9.7inch LED backlit IPS display that is very easy on the eye with its vivid colors and amazing depth on offer. The device weighs 652 grams which is a little on the heavier side especially with the wafer thin tablets on offer these days. However, the stocky nature of the iPad 3 hides a core of super strength that can withstand shocks, crashes and scratches with great ease.
The iPad 3 has a dual-core 1GHz Cortex A9 CPU that is a delight to work with. This combined with the custom Apple A5X chipset make this iPad perfect for multi-tasking and even advanced game playing. The iPad 3 has a 5MP camera that has features like face detection, auto focus and more. It also has a 1080px30fps video recorder.
The iPad 3 comes in a Wi-Fi only and a 4G range. Both these variants are available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB internal memory options. The battery life is fairly good with it offering 10 hours of work time unless you use 3G extensively. The iPad 3 is a classy gadget meant for the young movers and shakers of the world.
