Apple came up with iPhone 3GS in June 2009 as an answer to its critics who lamented the lack of features in iPhone 3G. While 3GS has a host of useful new features it has in no way compromised on the beautiful and easy to use user interface which is the biggest iPhone appeal. This phone was double as fast as its predecessor iPhone 3G and just as slick and convenient to use.
iPhone 3GS runs on iOS 3 and is upgradeable to iOS 6.1.3. It has a 600MHz Cortex A8 CPU which is capable of handling multiple apps smoothly. While these specifications might seem paltry when compared with the modern phones of today, iPhone 3GS was definitely a phone to reckon with during its launch 6 years back. This was the phone which brought in features like mms, copy paste and video recording into the impressive Apple lineup.
iPhone 3GS has a 3.15MP rear camera, it does not have a secondary camera. A 480px30fps video recorder allows you to record those moments that you would like to cherish for a lifetime. A 3.5 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen is good to look at with vivid colors and deep pictures. The phone is small enough to be easily carried anywhere in your pocket. As in all iPhones there is a centrally placed physical button that allows navigation to the various screens and back home whenever required.
This is a beautifully designed phone which is super easy to use. Considering its price, the phone was one of the largest selling phones in Pakistan at the time.
