Apple has been working very hard to improve various user issues in its mobile operating system, and the iOS 5 release brought many fixes as well. These improved features were very much appreciated by users and the Notification Center was the most obvious and popular one. As Apple introduced over 200 new features in iOS 5, it still needs further improvements, well, it always will because nothing stays perfect for long.

Many Improvements to SMS app In iOS 5

In iOS 5, Apple made many improvements to the SMS app and mainly the addition of iMessage was very useful. As with the help of this new feature users will be able to send free messages to their friends or family members having iDevices running iOS 5 or above. If you have been using mobile phones from a long time then you will be aware of the feature, which was just like a delivery receipt. The feature was even included in the monochrome devices by Nokia a long time ago. Well, here we have a new jailbreak tweak for iPhone which will bring back that feature for you. The new tweak is called SMSConfirmation and is developed by William_vab. So, this is how it works, whenever you send a message to someone, a bubble will appear which will confirm that whether the text has been sent or not. The tweak was recently released and it works very well on iOS 5 and even iOS 4 running devices. It’s a free tweak and you can take it from the Cydia’s ModMyi Repo.
