Apple Blames Samsung of Copying iPhone 3g Design In Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus [DESIGN COMPARISON]

If you don’t live under the rock then you might remember the fierce legal battle between the two tech giants Apple and Samsung during the entire 2011. Well, here we are with another issue.

Apple Blames Samsung of Copying Hardware Product Designs

The main reason behind the legal battle between Apple and Samsung was basically the plagiarism of hardware and product designs. The two companies previously had a very good relationship, as even now Samsung has been responsible of supplying Apple with major components including display panels for the iPad. Now the relation has been soured because Apple blamed Samsung that it is copying the hardware and product designs from iPad and iPhone.

As you know that when Apple first launched the original iPhone in 2007, it was called a revolutionary product at that time as it made a great influence on the markets worldwide at that time. So, many manufacturers tried to copy the designs and other features which were introduced in Apple’s flagship revolutionary products iPhone and iPad.

So, lets come to the main point here, as Samsung has recently announced a new entry level smartphone which is named as Galaxy Ace Plus and the main thing about the device is that it is very similar to Apple’s iPhone 3G. Well, it seems a bit surprising that why would anyone want to go back years behind and copy something that old and release it. If you don’t understand, here take a look at the images of both devices placed together in the following screenshot where you can observe the similarities by yourself:

iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS looks exactly same but obviously iPhone 3G is a bit slower than its successor and you might know that Apple is still selling iPhone 3GS and it has been nominated as Apple’s best release to date. Well, we are not talking about the features but the point should be noted that the device is still bringing new customers for Apple, as it was released two and half years ago. So, I don’t know what Samsung was thinking while designing this device. Obviously the device will have better features but still it might not get popular in the markets due to its copied designs.
