Frequently Used Apps Must Be Loaded With All The Options

It’s a known fact that such commonly used app should have all the features you require and it should function when you need it. So, most of the users usually keep their conversations in the list all the time, while there are some who just delete the whole conversation after sending a text. The point is that it does not matter whatever type of user you are, your app should be able to provide all the necessary features and without being loaded with a lot of options and complex functions which might affect the user experience.

iPhone Messaging App Has Not Changed Since 2007

Apple has not made any significant changes in the native Messages app for iPhone, and it consists of most of the regular and simple features and it has been like this since the first iPhone was released in 2007. So, we go for jailbreak community to get some additional features and enhancements, but all we usually get is a whole another app like BiteSMS and Messages+ which provide a lot of powerful features but also replace the native messaging app from the device as well.

So, we don’t want to change the usual feeling of the texting from our iPhone but we need features as well. So, a capable developer named John Coates has released a new Cydia tweak to solve this issue, it is called xMessages. This tweak enhances your native Messages app and adda a lot of new features including timestamps being added to the converstions as well the inclusion of thumbnail images basically taken from the Contacts app. When you install the xMessages tweak, a new settings entry will be added which will let you toggle the above mentioned features on or off any time you want.
