iPhone 5 With Over 4 Inches Screen To Be Released In Summer This Year

iPhone 5 Release Will Not Be Delayed

The report further added that, if this rumor is true than we should expect the device to be released in summer. Last year, Apple had some troubles and that’s why iPhone 4S launch was delayed but now it seems like Apple will maintain is usual product release schedule and it is highly expected that the next iPhone might be launched at WWDC ’12. So, it looks like a great news for all those who did not buy the 4S and are waiting for a redesigned new iPhone.

Over 4 Inches Screen Developed By LG

Currently, there are a few popular concepts of the next iPhone which are circulating around the web but still nothing is confirmed yet. All these rumored designs are a bit similar but we can’t say anything about the design because it’s too early. Usually, Apple does not reveal its plans and ideas until the last minute, but here we have one or two interesting details which might be included in the next gen iPhone. So, we don’t have the images of any prototype but the reports confirm that current prototypes have 4+ inch screens which are developed by LG. So, it seems like Apple is also taking further step, as its Android rivals have already released so many 4+ inch screen devices.

Reason For Not Introducing Big Screen In iPhone 4s

Another reason why Apple did not go for a larger screen in iPhone 4S was that the current design of an iPhone lets users to perform normal functions with one hand, while it is very difficult to do that on a larger Android device. So, it seems like Apple will have to bring a new approach in this matter, if it wants to increase the screen size of the device.

Overall, it is now obvious that overall size of the next gen iPhone is going to be larger than that of the previous 5 iPhone models since the first one was launched in 2007.
