Mobile Security Successful in Discovering LeNa Malware

At last Mobile Security has been successful in discovering the Legacy Native, also known as LeNa, Malware and now they are capable of having root access all the devices running on Android.

You may know that its previous version was an authentic application, and depends on the interaction of user to have access and the secretly install a binary file in the smartphone. And after scanning the device, it then collects different type of information, while on the other hand the threat of interaction was also least.

For securing root access to an Android device, its new iteration has taken the advantage of GingerBreak. By obscuring its payload it just past the End of the image marker of JPEG image files and which it will communicate with you with the help of a remote command along with control server.

It seems that the new LeNa strain, at the moment, is operating under latest outlet of Rovio “Angry Birds Space”. But you should not worry at all because at the moment that malware has yet not been released in the Google Play Store, so stay calm.

Advantage of Open Source Android

This is what we call the advantage of an open source Android; it provides such a fertile platform for such apps with the help of which they can ply their trade. A lot of markets make it very difficult for a user to track an application because they put together all the illegal apps and files along with bundles of threat and risks, which in turn can harm the smartphone in many ways.

But Android also has removed much negative press because more than 100 million users are using the Android devices and a small bug can ruin the Android to a large extent.

We hope so that this threat will soon be eliminated and we will be safe from any threatening security issue.

Now, what you guys think that is it really a big threat? Will it matter? Do you thing that it can make Android mobile an unsafe device for the users. To share your thoughts kindly comment in the comment section below.
