Uniquely Designed Smarphone

According to Chris Weber the President of Nokia US, the company is facing a very strong demand for Lumia 900 in the country since the launch of the device and company is working pretty hard maintains the supply. He also added that the Cyan colored model of Lumia 900 is selling pretty well because it is a completely unique designed device with a very new color and overall it makes an outstanding device and that is why the demand for this specific model is pretty high.

Positive Feedback Received So Far

Weber also said that he has been monitoring the sales of Lumia 900 at AT&T stores and he has found out that the Lumia 900 is receiving very positive reviews so far. Another reason behind that is the Lumia 900 is loaded with a unique set of apps and the whole device comes with a great value for money ratio as well.

Another interesting report is that Nokia might be bringing all the Lumia handsets to CDMA network carriers including Verizon. This will really help the company into building its roots in the US market. At this time Nokia has not made any official announcement but still Weber stated that Verizon is working very hard to make this a reality.

Strong Chance of Receiving Apollo Update

Last but not the least, Weber also talked about the Windows Phone 8 update, where he said that there is a bright chance the current Nokia Lumia handsets will be receiving the Apollo update as well. He said that Nokia and Microsoft both are aware that smartphone owners like to stay updated with the latest version of OS on their devices and this update will also improve the user experience on those devices.

You might remember our previous post in which we reported that Windows Phone 8 was being tested on Nokia Lumia 900, and the official release of Windows Phone 8 Apollo will be held later this year.
