Samsung launched Galaxy E5 in February 2015. As with other medium priced phones of Samsung, E5 has a plastic body. The difference here is that it is a unibody, therefore there is no scope for removing the battery. A Li-Ion 2400mAh battery can provide good power but you might start getting nervous by the end of the day.
Galaxy E5 has a 5 inch super AMOLED touchscreen display that offers great depth in colors and photos. A quad-core 1.2GHz processor with 1.5GB RAM ensures good performance and an easy transition between apps without any time lags. The phone has a 16GB internal memory and a microSD slot which can help boost the memory by another 64GB.
Galaxy E5 has two cameras with a 8MP rear one and a 5MP front camera. Both cameras are capable of shooting sharp pictures. Some features like clicking a snap with the flick of your palm or through voice control are conducive to the selfie enthusiasts. There are quite a few beauty editing tools available as well to enhance your picture quality.
There is an optional dual-sim facility available with the second sim on standby. This phone might not be as hardy as the Active series launched by Samsung but it is fairly sturdy with a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection that ensures that you would not have to mollycoddle this baby.
