iPad 3 To Be Thinner And Lighter Than iPad 2

This was already known that the iPad 3’s thinness would be more than that of iPad 2 and it will be lighter as compared of iPad 2. Now this news has been approved and proved with facts. It has also been heard that with this the price of the tablet will increase.
For the iPad batteries, Apple has tapped Simple Technology Co. and Dynapack International Technology Corp. this was reported by the Taiwan Economic News.
The news is that as compared to the previous models, the batteries for iPad 3 will be 20-30 % more costly and will weight less. They will be thinner too.

For iPad 3, retina display is also expected.

Apple is tremendously strict and firm about hitting price points for its products; this is known to us, so according to this it is doubtful that these costs would be able to push the end price of the iPad.

A device that is lighter, thinner, with a retina display and produced by Apple seems to be a winner.
