Facebook For iPhone 3.5 Brings Ability To Tag Friends And Much More

The Facebook application of iPhone has always been smashing and solid every time but users always find slight problems in it. And in recent days, Facebook really needed a healthy update to version 3.5, and we must have to say that the improvements made in this version are proved rather acceptable and are sought after by many users.

This new update focuses on two main aspects of the well-known Facebook iPhone and iPod touch client which are to tag friends which are added to your Facebook profile and a slight user interface overhaul. First time ever in the history, it finally seems to be possible to tag friends and the places in photos and posts, it was the thing which was needed at any cost and was missing in the previous updates of the app. When making a post on Facebook, with help of a single button, it has now become very easy to tag friends in photos and posts, as well as check in to nearby places, as you can see in the picture:

You must have noted something new, it has been completely redesigned in place of something black and rudimentary pop-up box present on the last version of Facebook, this one is quite better and clean and also exact, and at the same time, seems much more nicely as compared to the other apps.

There are a few other slight changes that were made such as more privacy controls that are similar to those that were recently updated on Facebook’s website. In comparison with the web version of Facebook, it’s now possible for you to choose that you want to past to some fixed friends or to all, depends on your choice.

In all sections of this app bugs have also been introduced there, covering the chat feature which was plagued with several connectivity issues (that are now fixed), photo viewing and the notification bar, when new notifications were available notification bar would magically disappear. Several other bug fixes are also promised by Facebook, although they are not present in the app’s change log.

This new update have given Facebook clients to download it in order to get all the features that are mentioned above for other devices and if you don`t like the privacy setting then the improvement will outweigh the possible overdeals.
