You might already know that there are only two weeks left when we will be witnessing this year’s Apple Worldwide Developer Conference that is being held in San Francisco. Now, people, mostly Apple fans are expecting to get some information about iOS 6 as well as some insight about the next iPhone. Of course at this time of the year, we usually receive some leaked parts and components of the next generation iPhone and this is time nothing is different. Now, it is very obvious and highly expected that Apple will be revealing some info about the iOS 6 at the WWDC event. You might already know that iOS 6 will be coming with Apple’s own 3D maps app to replace the Google Maps but there is also a chance that we might see some hardware updates at the event as well.

Leaked Front Panel of Next Generation iPhone

Yesterday, we discussed some leaked parts of the iPhone 5 and they all show that the sixth generation Apple smartphone will be a little longer than its predecessors. In addition to that, there will be not much difference and the device will have similar form factor as the current iPhone 4S. Today, Macotakara, a popular Japanese blog has brought the image of a leaked front panel for the iPhone 5.

At this time, we don’t know how they got this specific component and that is why we cannot clarify whether it is valid or not. As you can see in the image above, there are not much differences but the diagonal size of screen is 4 inches.

Another thing suggested by Macotakara is that the home button shown on the new front panel of iPhone 5 is a little smaller than the iPhone 4S and it is a little thinner as well. At this time, the only thing we find out from this is that Apple is definitely looking into building a larger iPhone this time.

iPhone 5 will be arriving somewhere in the middle of October this year, so we don’t expect to get much  details about it before October.
