Magnetic Sensor Found in Google Nexus 7 [VIDEO]

If anyone of you owns an iPad then he will surely be aware with the smart cover. For those who are not familiar with smart cover let me explain it to them. Smart Covers usually come for iPad. iPad has a magnet sensor in it so when the smart cover is closed, iPad senses the magnet in the smart cover and goes to sleep.

Recently an owner of Google Nexus 7 took a risk of ruining his tablet and started to search for a magnet sensor on the device which he found successfully. Below is a video posted so that you can get a more clear idea. Up till now there is no idea that, will the official cover be a smart cover? By smart cover I mean the one with a magnet. There is a high chance that smart covers will officially be launched for Nexus 7 because without them this magnetic sensor in the device is totally useless.

Apple Might Sue Google

There is still a confusion that, why Google has not mentioned this magnetic sensor in the features list of the device? May be it is trying to avoid any legal actions by Apple. Because as mentioned in the start Apple also has smart covers for its devices and this is the first time that an android device is coming with this feature. So there is a very fair chance that Apple will once again consult the court against Google.
