Nokia C3-01 is a successor of C3 series. This smartphone, which is loaded with Symbian 40 as core platform, is a touch device. Apparently it seems, Nokia is hell bent towards releasing Touch phones on S40 series phones, This mobile is a second Touch and Type phone released under S40, the previous handset is X3-02. Now about the little description of the phone. It is pretty much similar to the previous set released under Nokia’s umbrella, yea the 6700 classic, looks just like C3-01. However, there are some core differences, such as this touch and type phone is in silver colour and got a magnificent 5 mega pixel camera, but what makes it better and different than 6700 classic is its Touch and Type facility.

Phone has just been announced recently in a conference, however, there is no exact release date mentioned as of yet, but it is speculated to be released as early as 4th quarter of year 2010. The important features, which make this phone stand out from most of S40 series mobiles is its 5 MP Cam and its shiny stainless steel body, it is also loaded with 30 MB internal memory and allows you to insert 32 MB microsd card, which means, users will be able to add tons of images and songs, it also covers both 2G and 3G networks, with 3 hours and 20 minutes talk time on 2G and 5 hours and 40 minutes on 3G sets. As far as price is concerned, it is expected to cost about $195 dollars and 16.000 Pak rupees.
