RIM Renamed As Blackberry; New Device Blackberry Z10 Released

We all know RIM or Research in Motion which is a Canadian manufacturer behind the Blackberry branded devices. Well, RIM has now rebranded itself and now it will change its corporate name from Research in Motion to BlackBerry. In addition to that, the company has also revamped its operating system and smartphones lineup by announcing Blackberry 10 OS and Blackberry Z10 smartphone.

After the huge success of Apple iPhone and Android devices, RIM’s Blackberry devices were getting outdated and sales were also getting very low and that is why in the last couple of years the Canadian manufacturer has worked very hard to bring itself up to date. So, the new Z10 is looking very decent right now and in a few comparisons it has fared pretty well against the iPhone 5. RIM has made a right move to change its name, as most of the world already knows them with the Blackberry name and now it has become official too.
