HTC Runnymede Pictures are now Released
First shot of gingerbread powered HTC Runnymede has been released and we have come to know that it resembles a lot with the HTC Titan running on Windows Phone Mango. It has about 4.7 inch large screen which adds beauty to this phone and it runs on Android Gingerbread OS. So, here we have the first screen shots released for press of this smartphone. Now, we can easily differentiate between both devices, Titan and Runnymede. First of all, Runnymede will come in white color, have a slightly different design and of course it runs on Android Gingerbread, while Titan will be coming with Windows Phone 7 Mango installed in it.
It has many important features like single core 1.5GHz processor along with 768 MB of RAM and 480×800 pixels WVGA resolution. This resolution is no doubt a bit less for such a big screen, because it will be very difficult to stretch this low resolution in such large display screen. It is also rumored that this smartphone will be featuring a top notch camera, but for now we did not any technical specifications from the manufacturer.
The feature this mobile is going to have that is different from the others is Beats Audio; it will provide a top notch audio quality. The most important thing is the price which is assumed to be nearly $840 and about 530 pounds for the 16GB model and nearly $885 or 560 pounds for 32GB. This is the only without contract price and we hope that this price will change when it will be released by carriers. As we know HTC is holding an event at September 20th, so we can expect that they will reveal something more about this handset.
