PTA Reveals Ufone’s Remarkable Growth & Profit In The Current Year
A report by Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) said that the cellular network, Ufone gained a great and remarkable growth by making 57 percent in profits and 14 percent in revenues. This was recorded in the financial year 2010-11 and it is due to the substantial cost savings during the year.
An estimation made by the Telecom Recorder told that during the financial year 2010-11 which was closed on 30th June, the profits of Ufone reached Rs 2.66 billion and revenues increased to Rs 56 billion.
Ufone Continues To Grow besides Economic Instability In Pakistan
It was told in annual reports that as the country’s economic conditions are not good but in spite of that Ufone upgrades and continues to improve its network and is providing the customers a quality service.
Ufone holds the network which has aggressive network co-location through which you can save a great amount of CAPEX and introduction of 1-SIM concept. In addition to this the users were also given facilitation by the expansion of IVR, USSD and also Online Self Care based platforms which minimizes the turnaround time by re-engineered processes.
Financial report by PTCL reveals that almost 25,000 “Ushops” and “Ustars” are present in Pakistan which is providing services to their customers. By this figure it becomes the Pakistan’s largest network of sales and services.
