After so many months of rumors and speculations, its finally here, today Samsung has officially announced the brand new Galaxy S device and of course it is named as Samsung Galaxy S III. We have not seen the real Galaxy S III since today, and the brand new design of the device might look a little similar to that of the Apple iPhone 4S and there is a chance that Apple will accuse it of being a complete duplicate. But in reality, it is completely brand new design and that is the reason why Samsung has become the number one smartphone manufacturer in the last quarter.

Just like the previous rumors suggested, Samsung has announced that Galaxy S III will be coming with a quad core 1.4GHz Exynos 4 Quad processor, so we will be expecting some extravagant performance from this device. Galaxy S III will be coming with a display of 4.8 inch 720p Super AMOLED HD and a sharp snapper is accompanying this high grade display as well. The new Samsung smartphone will be bringing an 8MP camera, of course you should not just count the pixels as we are expecting some of the high quality image quality from the new camera in Galaxy S III.

In addition to all that, you will be enjoying 1GB or RAM in this device which will allow you to have a great user experience without any sort of lag. Of course it will be coming with 4G LTE technology, but the device is only 8.6 mm thick which makes it one of the slimmest Android phones in the current market.

Samsung is calling it as the best in class smartphone in the world. The body is made up of plastic but it does not look or feel like other Samsung models, but you have to keep in mind that it does not match with the HTC One X in the quality. Samsung is also claiming that it feels like ceramic but we don’t know that yet. Galaxy S III will be running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich obviously. Price is expected to be around Rs 70,000/-  in Pakistan.
