Apple iPhone Tops The Chart For The Most Satisfied Customers

Nowadays smartphone industry is really shining and there is a very tough competition in the manufacturers and software makers to attain the user attention. It seems like Android OS from Google is the most used platform, as we have been hearing several hundred thousand daily activations during the last couple of months by Google Chief Andy Rubin on Twitter.

But still, numbers don’t win the race, the results become more obvious when the retention and customer satisfaction polls are published, which clearly shows the popular of a manufacturer or mobile platform in the public. At this time, iPhone from Apple is falling behind in daily activations but still, it is continuing to impress its users as its 75% users are extremely happy with this device.

Samsung and HTC which are usually bringing Android devices were able to get only 47% of customer satisfaction points. Which means that Android devices are much behind the iPhone and are not providing the ideal services to the users. On the other hand, other Android partners; Motorola and LG were a little more behind having 45% and 31% customer satisfaction respectively.

These polls were conducted by a research firm ChangeWave, and according to another result, Nokia devices running Windows Phone were only able to satisfy 23% of its users, which means that only less than a quarter of users were happy with Nokia’s new lineup of smartphones.

Well, same is the case with RIM, the Blackberry Company which also comes with only 22% customer satisfaction, while the only major selling point for BlackBerry devices is BlackBerry Messenger, but still people are finding alternatives to turn to their favorite platforms.

Another great news for Apple is that its mobile operating system which is thought to be the most stable platform out there has 75% of customer satisfaction overall. With the new releases Apple is taking the tech world to a whole new level while Samsung’s Galaxy S II and Galaxy Nexus have been very close competitors to the iPhone and in future we are hoping to see good competition between the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S III.
