Fix Nokia 5800’s Vertical and Horizontal Lines

Nokia 5800 express is one of the famous Nokia phones. It has good looks, camera, good quality music player and also one can enjoy a good surfing experience with the help of its Wi-Fi.

All these good features have made this phone quiet popular. But many users face a common problem in this handset. The problem is that when you use the phone after some hours or in winters after some minutes then some horizontal lines appear on the screen for about 15 to 20 minutes which really bothers the users.

There are some temporary solutions to this problem by doing which those lines will disappear for the time being. So let us take a look at these solutions.

Temporary Solutions

Solution 1

The first solution is that when those lines appear on the screen then attach a small magnet to the screen beside the Xpress Music logo. By doing this you will see that the lines are disappeared and your phone is back to normal.

Solution 2

If this problem occurs in winters then lock and unlock the phone various times. If this does not work then go to a comparatively warmer place or warm the screen of your phone in some other way. By doing this your phone will return to normal in 5 minutes or less.

Permanent Solutions

Solution 1

The best advisable solution to this problem is to take your phone to the nearest “Nokia Care Center”. Your phone will be permanently fixed by “Nokia Care Center” in just a few hours.

Solution 2

Another solution which I recommend is to upgrade your Nokia firmware to the latest one. I recommend this because I heard from many people that after upgrading their phone to the latest firmware this problem was permanently fixed.
